Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the PrimeBook application provided by ZigmoTech Limited.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, downloading, or using the PrimeBook application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable local and international commercial laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the application.
2. Software License & Permitted Use
ZigmoTech Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PrimeBook on your mobile devices solely for internal business accounting, bookkeeping, and trade invoicing purposes in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.
3. Subscriptions, Renewals & 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Certain features of PrimeBook require an active subscription. Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly, annual, or multi-year basis. All paid subscriptions are fully protected by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of subscription purchase, you are entitled to a 100% full refund upon written notice.
4. User Account & Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and biometric authorization. You are responsible for ensuring that financial figures, tax entries, customer debts, and inventory counts entered into the software are accurate. PrimeBook is an accounting software tool and does not provide formal legal, statutory audit, or tax advisory services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZigmoTech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, network disruptions, or erroneous customer accounting data entered by the user.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hong Kong.
