1. Introduction & Our Core Privacy Commitment

At ZigmoTech Limited, we recognize that your business ledger, client contact records, customer credit balances, and transaction history are among your company's most sensitive assets. Our core technical architecture is engineered around the principle of Local-First Encryption. Your financial records are encrypted directly on your device before synchronization.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Identity Data: Your name, business name, phone number, email address, base currency, and country/locale when creating an account.
• Financial & Transaction Records: Party ledger balances ("You Will Get" and "You Will Give"), Daybook entries, invoice details, payment receipts, inventory items, and cash amounts recorded by you.
• Device & Authentication Information: Unique device identifiers, operating system version, and cryptographic authentication tokens. Note: Biometric Face ID and Fingerprint data are processed exclusively inside your device's secure hardware enclave (Keychain / Keystore) and are NEVER transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, synchronize, and restore your business ledgers across devices.
• To generate formatted WhatsApp statements and payment reminders upon your explicit command.
• To enforce subscription licenses and process renewal payments.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent account access and unauthorized intrusion.

4. 100% Offline-First Security & Encryption

PrimeBook stores your database locally on your device using hardware-backed encryption. All communication between your device and our cloud infrastructure is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / SSL 256-bit). We do not sell, rent, or monetize your customer lists or transactional data to any third-party advertisers.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention Protocol

In strict compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies, users can request complete account deletion at any time directly from the app (More → Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting our Data Protection Officer at info@zigmotech.com.

Upon receiving a deletion request, your account and local database will be immediately deactivated and removed from live production access. In accordance with financial fraud prevention and regulatory compliance, an encrypted, isolated backup is retained securely in admin archives for a maximum period of 30 days, after which it is permanently purged.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & Global Data Laws)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, export, or erase your personal data held by us. You can export your full transaction ledger into CSV or PDF format directly through PrimeBook at any time.
